Default Pork rinds in Perth!

I found pork rinds in Perth! You can get them at Woolworths in the Karrinyup shopping centre (don't know about other Woolworths). They're called 'Pork Krackles' by Gold Medal Snacks. You'll find them below the Cheezels and next to the nuts in the chips aisle. Be quick, I bought six packets.

I just clued into these pork crackels myself. Damn good option for a snack, something i found was a little lacking on this diet.

As an extra note.....the gent that runs Gangemis in west perth is begining to give me strange looks as i seems to be going in every day and buying only pork crackel. I might have to throw him off a little next week and grab a bag of macadamia nuts.

Cheers
Jason

Kate

There aren’t many low carb products available in Perth but I’ll tell you what I’ve found so far.
Empower chocolate muffin mix
Empower almond essence cookie mix (also good for cheesecake base)
Bodhis low carb bread
Metagenics Keto bar
Darrell Lea make a couple of chocolate products sweetened with Splenda
Low joule Rosella tomato sauce (with saccharin) in Woolworths Subiaco
Stevia powder
Weight watchers and Cottees make artificially sweetened jam and there are a couple of jams with no added sugar available – Gabry and one I found in Coles (can't think of the name)
Peanut butter with no added sugar (easy to find in supermarkets and health stores)
Low carb pasta (only seen this at the Health Store in Karrinyup and haven’t tried it yet)
Shirataki noodles at Nippon Fare in Rokeby Road, Subiaco
I buy most of my products (including all the different flours, brans, soy and whey powders, protein bars, muffin mixes, stevia etc.) from the health stores at Karrinyup and Booragoon shopping centres. They are quite well stocked.
If you are looking for a particular product or have any questions just ask.
Happy hunting!
