Smile Hair loss

Hi,

I am perimenopausal and have been suffering thinning hair the past year. I remember seeing a thread some time ago here concerning hair loss be it through dieting or menopause.

I just wanted to share with you that for the last two months i have been taking 1000mg flax seed oil, 1000mg evening primrose oil and cod liver oil for its vitamin D content (think 250mg) daily.

My hair has become shiny and so soft and today I thought I would take a peek to see if there has been any improvement as I hadn't been looking earlier as they say it will take a few months to start working.

I inherited my dads hairline in that it recedes slighlty at either side of the head, well today I have hair growing there where it has never grown before! I also have about 1/4 to 1/2 inch new growth all around the hairline so the supplements are definitely working!

I am going to recommend these supplements to my sons who both suffer thinning hair.

Has anyone else tried this combination ?

When I first started peri menopause my hair thinned out for a while but now it's just as thick as ever. Thanks for the tip. I'll keep it in mind if my hair starts to thin out again.
