Default Air Fryer Food Ideas

Ok.. I've joined the gadget club and got an air fryer.
The one I purchased as a pre-programmed air fryer button.
I used it on 3 chicken thighs and while they came out crispy, they were brown on the outside and bloody juice was coming out of them as they rested..
I'll practice with other things, but wanted to hit y'all up on what you air fry..

Would love ideas of what to cook.
Thanks

I keep it simple. I do wings, All beef meat balls, bone in chicken with seasoning, veggies, ham steaks, and so on. I do not try to do crazy things in it. Its a quick thing that is low carb I can do.

I don't have an airfryer .. yet. However, I discovered one of my fave keto bloggers and Instant Pot cookbook authors, Urvashi Pitre, also has a large collection of keto air fryer recipes .

Check out her page ... https://twosleevers.com/cookingstyle/air-fryer/ ... there are 100+ keto-friendly air fryer recipes .. main dishes, sides and more.

I hope this is helpful

thanks for this, Doreen. Air frying is something new and it's neat, but takes practice.

I just got one. So far I did salmon in it, came out very nice and brown. I also browned my Egg Bites from Costco in it. Very pretty brown, but didn't improve the flavor. I got some accessories and I'm going to try to bake a low carb thingie in it.
