Gosh - I would use probably 3-4tsp but just taste the beef b/c some people like it stronger some just like a hint - this doesn't contain any starch so it won't thicken like your "normal" Taco in a packett seasoning. I would add it just before you are done cooking the beef that way it doesn't cook off the meat and end up in the bottom of the pan.
Oh Also note there is no salt or black pepper in this recipe please add salt and pepper to taste
I like to add a pinch of Sea Salt to my personal dishes, but that's just me
