s- 1 hb egg w/ ind can tuna w/ lt mayo, cherry tomatoes and cucumber
l- 1 cup tomato soup
s- 1/3 cup hummus w/ tomato and cucumber, 5 brown rice snaps
d- salmon filet w/ stewed zucchini in olive oil, garlic, shallots, crushed red pepper, dill and chicken broth
