Error Message Uploading Photo Files

This was the message last night and this morning when uploading to my gallery:

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 1

Command: "/usr/local/bin/mogrify" -size 100x75 -quality 70 -geometry 100x75 '/home/site/forum.lowcarber.org/gallery/data/500/8338DSCN1699-thumb.JPG'

Is that message my computer or the Forum?
