Default Question about Cream

First of all im new here and let me just say you wonderful people are my motivation. Thank you so much!

Ok im on day nine of the Atkins diet and I LOVE pancakes! I have Atkins pancake mix but I want to try the lc pancake recepie(the carb count is way less than the bix mix) however im not sure what kind of cream to get. Is cream the type that you put in coffee (located on the coffee isle) or the whipped cream that comes in the can and you spray out. Forgive me if this is a silly question but I want to make sure Im getting the right thing.

Thanks Again!!

I'd probably avoid the spray kind (more expensive, usually, anyway).

Look for a container that is labelled "whipping cream" or "heavy cream"
Check the ingredients, though.
There are actually manufacturers that add sucrose or something similar to the whipping cream, which I discovered accidentally when I bought a different brand recently.

Thank you so much!!! I made the pancakes and all I can say is yum, yum, yum!!!!!!!

Instead of the ciniman, I used almond extract to cut some unneeded carbs.

Thanks again!!
