Default Propel water

Ok, I have the dorkiest question. LOL I take my prenantal vitamins faithfully every day. I love Propel black cherry water, but I'm afraid to drink it cause it had a lot of B vitamins in it. Is it ok to drink or would it "overload" the baby with B vitamins??

you should be fine, most B vitamins are naturally found in meat, and the absorbablity of the vitamins in the drinks like that are questionable to begin with.
