Bad enough we have people telling us how to live, etc. But when they get more money than they need and abuse it to further their causes to tell us how to live...

The vast majority of lawsuits never make it to trial, but that's because the judges usually rule on the motions (dismissal, summary judgment, directed verdict) or they settle out of court.

I doubt Atkins Corp will settle, because it's clear the whole thing is a publicity stunt, and settling = losing, in the public eye.

So yes, a judge will see it. But it won't likely make it to trial.
