Good morning - I'm a newbie here too and have enjoyed reading how everyone is doing. I'm lucky in that my whole family is on Atkins. It sure does help with planning meals etc to have someone to bounch off of. We are four in the family. Thanks for all the tips.

Default OOO! A journal!

I had no idea we had a journal capability on here! <happy dancing all over the place!>

I shall just have to find the time to get mine started! I am working 24/7 most days and only actually off work on Monday, but I will try to get mine going within the week!

Thank you so much, tamarian, for such an opportunity!

Lorrie

Hi there Abowers,

Are you sure you don't have a icon at the top of the screen? In any event, you can either use "home" to find the journal area, or you can just use the "forum jump" at the bottom of each page to find the journals.

HTH

Hi Tofi,

Talking new kid on the block . . .

Hello everyone - just starting the lc lifestyle. Not really following any one certain plan, but just trying to eat as few carbs as possible. Have lost seven pounds since 4/11/04. Also trying to develop an exercise program at our local gym. I haven't had a chance to check out everything on this site, but it seems awesome!

Hi, I'm new, I have been on and off this diet a couple times and the first time I lost 50 pounds so I know it works if you stick with it. I'm definately a foodoholic and love to eat so it difficult at times but when I fall off the wagon, I get right back on now.

Go to Home page and scroll down to where it says, Jounals/Bootcamp and click on it then click on New Thread, give your journal a name and begin typing away.

HI, MAGGYS....I have a cuz from N.J. who uses Stevia all the time; I'll ask him next time he calls where he buys it. Probably from the Health Food Store. He doesn't have a computer, or I'd email him right away...will get back to you.
