Hi Manda, had to look up "DOMS" - Delayed-onset muscle soreness? So funny and I get it!! especially new activities or over use, mine usually peaks on day two - It kind of sucks going thru it but I'm always stoke by it because something was pushed - and I didn't get hurt. You are getting stronger!
For sure, Thud! It's my second time using those muscles in years. Always loved it, stopped making time for it! Gonna keep pushing it so I can continue to grow stronger.
