Uploading photo..

Sorry to have to ask but I am in a quandary about putting another photo in my "progress" slot.
I successfully uploaded one in the "before" but cannot remember how to do it!! Please could you enlighten me in VERY simple terms.
When I click on Browse I get my files up okay but then when the photo I want comes up the next bit is not clear as to what to do next and I have tried allsorts of things.
Help would be very much appreciated..

Click "gallery", then click "upload". Fill in all the boxes as required, etc.

Yes, I do that but when I click "upload" and then "Browse" I get my files up but when I click on the pic that I want it does not go into the appropriate place in order to be ready to upload.
Can .. or should I use something like Photobucket?
