Default extra lean ground beef and fitday

Why does the extralean ground beef have 4 more calories and 1g less fat than the refular full fat ground beef and does anyone know what the correct values are supposed to be for extra lean vs regular?

Hey, you're right.

My guess is that it's a rounding error. If you enter 4 oz, cooked, here's what comes up:

Lean: 302 cal, 21 g fat, 27 g protein
Extra Lean: 284 cal, 18 g fat, 28 g protein

Thanks, I suppose I'll just enter it cooked. I always enter it raw (yield after cooking)

I figured it was some type of error or fitday just assumes that all the fat drains out of the regular while cooking.

That is weird, but then I'm not a big fan of fitday. I say either way, stick with extra lean
