Default Alcoholic beverages

I know that alcohol is not supposed to be consumed while on a yeast-cleanse, cause of the sugars, and I know beer has yeast.

I have several parties and weddings to go to this summer. I know that I will not be able to abstain for months, so if I do drink, are there some drinks that are better than others?

No beer of course. I know wine uses yeast for fermentation, but I don't think there is live cells after filtering. What about vodka, is that a better option?

Anyone know the answer to this?

Vodka is the best. No crbs and if you use with a diet carb free mixer you are laughing
