Perry good for a snack. Yellow peppers per gram have nearly the same net carb count as the cream cheese you're spreading on it. As far as how "I" consume - I eat 8oz at a time. When it's gone it's gone. I'm not one for snacking lately (compressing eating time) so it becomes part of a feast. Usually the 8oz tin cream cheese is ingested with a complete bag of pork rinds. Maybe once a week max for me.

Your broccoli border story cracked me up Ron, and it's 6:30 in the morning here! I can relate though, my brother in the States is the same, always ordering plenty of broccoli when he dines out, and with extra butter on the side. He gets a few weird looks about it too, but it works for him pretty well.

Great start on the weight loss too, by the way. Keep at it!
