Default Me too

Hi Y'all,
I'm from here too. I grew up in Chapel Hill and live in Durham. Work in Raleigh. My husband and I do protein power for health concerns rather than weight loss. Have been on it since October 1, 2001, and am very happy with the results.
See ya
H2

Goosh, what I eat? Lets think. Breakfast is easy. I'm an egg person. Scrammbled, egg omlet w/ american cheese, or scrammbled w/ cheddar monteray cheese and salsa. If I really don't have much time, it's a protein shake. At the very least, a couple bites of cottage cheese.
Lunch, turkey wrapped in lettuce w/ a strip of bacon and alittle tomato w/ lots of mayo
Cheese burger no bun
Peperoni and melted mozz. cheese w/ a little pizza sauce
Chicken salad in lettuce
Dinner, steak, chicken, hambugers, brocolli in cheese sauce, salad, pepper steak, taco salad (everything but the carbs)

Of course, this is not all at once.

Later,
Heather

Thanks Heather. Its so funny. I just started eating pepperoni slices with melted cheese. Its great. Makes me feel I am eating pizza or something. I love it. I am also hooked on lean burgers with cheese and I love them with ranch dressing, some people say "GROSS" but its really good :-) I love the turkey and swiss thing too. I can't seem to eat tuna wish I could but I just cannot stomach it for some reason. I like scrambled eggs too with cheese. Do you eat peanuts at all or peanut butter? I also love eating sugar free pudding made with heavy cream since you cannot use milk but its very rich and I can only have a few bites at a time. thanks for your idea's and sharing. Do you work out at all? I do..and I love it. I workout every single day..it helps so much.
Talk to you soon,
T

Hey ya t,
I've been so busy lately I think my body just had to crash. I've been fighting off a cold, not very well though. Been trying to exercise through it all except for these past 2 days. Yesterday I had school so just let it slide and today I have been sleeping practically all day, feeling better so I think I'll just work out later tonight. I find I have a better work out if I watch a comedy so I'll prob. wait till later tonight. I usually have something on tape but haven't taped anything for the past 2 days.

Well, my day is blown, time to pick the kids up from school.

Later,
Heather

Default Hi NC!!

Hi everyone,

I currently live in the southern part of Ga. but I am moving to Goldsboro,NC. It really made me smile to see some fairly close new "neighbors" here! My DH will start work there on the 14th and I'm left behind to sell the house, etc. but I sure am looking forward to being in NC. Who knows, maybe I'll see you there...

Keep in touch and visit my journal when you can.I will mostly be posting there, for a while, due to time constraints.

Linda
