Did anyone see that girl pigging out on the bachelor last night? It was right befor the rose ceremony, she was crazy bingeing cookies, sandwitches, everything... She's also very very thin... it just made me see how crazy a binge looks like.. if you didn't see it try to find an encore episode of this bachelor. It makes you see what you look like when you are emotional eating... it totally motivated me not to loose it and gave me some motivation.

I agree that bingeing is sad and it really is just a distraction from whatever we are trying to avoid.

I think that is why our journals here work so well, it helps us to handle our stuff and get back to enjoying to eat again.

I saw it...and you know she had to go and puke it all up! There is no way she can eat like that and look that good! Glad you mentioned it, it was a funny moment.
