My weight 160.5! I had a difficult week. I went to see the dr for a pressing problem, he didn't show up. Then a 2nd dr where I weighed 156.4 at the appointment on Thursday, a car accident, the biggest lack of sleep I've experienced and the stresses of an accelerated class. A vole that keeps waking me up at night in my room.

I'm hoping 4.5lb gain in 4 days is water weight. Goal this week to get back to 156.5.

There's a VOLE? Good grief, are you pulling my leg? This sounds like a classic comedy setup. All these bad things happen to you, and then... there's the vole. And off you go.

Have you finished your accelerated class?

Don't worry Arielle, don't let the number get you down.

ImOnMyWay, my class has only been going a week but we have a midterm on Friday. The class is 8-4 sat and sun. I work 6 days a week, so my time is limited.

The vole has been in the house 3-4 months, it's a tiny one. It's looking bad, I read they only live 3-6 months. You guys it's so darling. No one else in the house sees it but me the night owl. I'm going to get a catch and release trap, I've thought of a beautiful place to take it.

We have a drought and my roommate grows vegetables and citrus so it was bound to attract rodents. A lot of our neighbors grow foodstuff and have rats and mice!

The "car accident" was very minor. I can't see the road because I'm so short and hit a curb and blew out my tire.
My phone malfunctioned and I couldn't call for help and walked about 3 miles for help. The tow guy couldn't find me so I ended up walking back to my car and there he was.

My weight is down half a pound to
160. I ate a lot of meat yesterday and half a package of blueberries.

Well kind of annoying to be told the rodent is my fault. Voles are vegetarian and wouldn't eat my leftovers.

Set up 2 catch n release mousetraps. Hope the vole is heavy enough to trigger the door closing. Made it delicious peanut butter and oat sandwiches, left a trail of sunflower seeds.

I realized where it was sleeping last night in the garage and threw it some nuts. It started making little stress noises and left a huge amount of urine. Hope it will survive being trapped.

Have a good healthy diet day.

Honestly, as I live in a house, I have had to use traps. Sad but true. We no longer catch and release, because they come back. Voles are are like a mouse, and are much heavier. Take it a long way away, where there is grass.
