Default KellyG5 Question for you.....

I read your post earlier about how you do Somersoze in the morning and then you try to do atkins during the rest of the day. I was wondering how this worked for you. I see you lost 55lbs and I want to lose about 35. How long did it take you to lose it. I really want to change over becuase I feel like atkins is to stict and I know you like oatmeal but I really love cereal and I can't picture living the rest of my life not being able to eat s bowl of cereal ever. Thank you for all your help. Thanks

And Kelly, another yet question!

You mentioned you made the mini pizzas from Somers' book for your family and now they absolutely love them and prefer them over your regular pizzas.

I've got the book, but not that recipe. Have seen it somewhere before though -- is it the recipe that uses cream cheese, eggs and parmesan cheese for the base (with topping of our choice)?

I've heard a lot of good things about her pizza from different sources, but don't want to bother making it if that recipe isn't the one you described. Thanks very much.
