Default Gruntle pizza

I am new and have just started somersizing. I am 5 weeks into the program and I love it. I have lost 14 pounds so far and I have a long way to go. Where can I get the recipe for that crust pizza. I love to try new things that are good. I tried the spinach bread in the book and it did not do anything for my taste buds. Thanks for all the support out there.

Post Here it is!

I originally found this in a thread on a low carb chat but for the life of me I can't find it again. He had updated it some, but this original version does the trick just fine. There's a sauce recipe right next to the crust here, which is handy.

Oh, I think I mentioned below somewhere that I just sautee the toppings in a pan, Suzanne's suggestion, and it saves on the complications of broiling. The pizza tastes much more "authentic" with the toppings crisped a little.

Congratulations on your loss! (that sounds weird, doesn't it? LOL!) Nothing is more encouraging than results...

Good luck with the pizza. We've enjoyed the heck out of it since we found this recipe and will be having one this very weekend!

Mamabeek thanks for the information I plan on trying it this weekend also. I use to be on Atkins but had such a hard time staying on it.
I know I can stay on this pretty easy and hope to make it a way of eating all the time. I try not to look at it as just another diet as I have tried everything. I will be at the lake next weekend so I need to plan ahead. Thanks again for the help I am open to any other good recipies and advice.
