Default Ketone (β-Hydroxybutyrate) found to reduce vascular aging

Ketone (β-Hydroxybutyrate) found to reduce vascular aging. Fasting, IF, One Meal Per day, Low Carb. Keto.....

-

"A molecule produced during fasting or calorie restriction has anti-aging effects on the vascular system, which could reduce the occurrence and severity of human diseases related to blood vessels, such as cardiovascular disease, according to a study led by Georgia State University."

-

“As people become older, they are more susceptible to disease, like cancer, cardiovascular disease and Alzheimer’s disease,” said Dr. Ming-Hui Zou

Why do all these studies and articles fail to say the easiest and most sustainable way to be flooded with β-Hydroxybutyrate is carbohydrate restriction? They only mention fasting or calorie restriction.

If one were cynical, they would have to assume the reason for only mentioning the difficult and impractical reasons it is produced was to insure a larger market once they produce some sort of pill.

They've already got it, those jars of ketone powder stuff even at Walmart now, that's how popular it's become. For me, no thanks. I prefer home-made. But nice to know I'm getting those benefits.

Well, if what they studied was fasting or calorie restriction and they didn't study low carbohydrate diets at maintenance or other calorie levels, then they can't really say that. It would be interesting to see if the same effects could be had from a LC diet, or if the other effects of fasting are at work (like autophagy) and that's what's providing the benefit alone or in conjunction with the ketones.
