2 minute chocolate muffin
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (greenwise publix)
1/4 c hershey's chocolate powder
2 eggs
4 tbsp butter
sprinkle of baking powder
and
1/4 c xylitol or whatever to sweeten it
Mix it all up in an oversized coffee cup and its as good as cake. It's a little runny in sections like frosting. YUM!!
I've done it without the vanilla powder and used just one egg and 3 tbsp butter. Then cooked it for one minute. Oh and a dab of vanilla is good if you do it that way.
