Default Back on track after weekend of pleasure

All weekend i had grands busicuts ,butter applesauce etc cake cookies everything i should not have Today im offically back on atkins no cheats ahead!

I did the same thing. Went up a lb. Been back on track since monday! I hate to lose ground but sometimes u just gotta do it!

So far I have been hearing that that is a HUGE key to success, getting back on track THE NEXT DAY and keeping at it.

Thats where I fail.

So, no cheating for me this time.

Well...I was stuck at 198 for a long time.ent off for 3 days and started back monday up almost two. Today I'm down to 197.4. Not much but its something.

Hey Yazzi, that's where I started too, 198.
I am reading a blog where the gal lost 250 pounds.
She did recomend cheats to keep her from feeling deprived.
So far, cheats mess me up too much.
After this first strict week I am down to 190.
I stayed at about 10 carbs a day: from lettuse, broccolli and cukes.
I KNOW if I cheat now it will all stop.
I just want to keep going till I begin to slow down.
