Default Low Carb Lasagna

I saw the picture for "vegaskelly" for low carb lasagna in My P.L.A.N. and it looked delicious, however, I can't find the recipe anywhere or at least I don't know how to retreive it.

Can anybody help me or know of a fantastic delicious tried and true lasagna?

Peggy

Welcome to the forum, Peggy.

Click on "Low Carb Lasagna" where it is underlined underneath the picture. That will take you to the nutritional count for the recipe, but you will see "view recipe" above the info. Just click on "view recipe."
You can find more lasagne recipes in the Main Dishes subforum. Just look through the sticky thread marked "Contents of Main Dishes."

That does look good- where do I find the recipe for the mashed cauliflower? I'm trying to find one-pot meals for Succos and I happen to have a cauliflower in my fridge, canned tomatoes in my pantry, and ground beef in my freezer. I would just omit the cheddar cheese to make it kosher.

ETA: never mind. I found the cauliflower recipe- again, I need to alter it to make it non-dairy but that shouldn't be too hard.

Hamburger Crust Pizza

Currently making right now, I'll let you know how it comes out.

ETA: Turned out really good. You have to eat it with a fork but it was really yummy. More like a sheppards pie really but quite tasty!!!

I used to cook this a lot when I first started low carbing. It is perfect when you are having a craving for Chinese food but don't want to cheat!
