Great progress, Nancy! Putting "Lizzy" to sleep is key to the long-term sustainability of DDF.

Except for breakfast, I find it isn't a big deal to delay lunch or dinner now. Breakfast though is tough. I often times wake up hungry.

I still wake up "hungry" ...until I have Coffee I use some Fairlife Milk, 2 or 0%, and a splash of skinny syrup. Neither of those wake-up cravings. My BG goes up and down only slightly most of the morning, with a daily walk, 3 x weight machines, errands like grocery shopping, but I usually do not get hungry again, nor does my BG finally start dropping, until 11 or 12.

Though how much carb you ate the day before has an influence on waking FBG, Dr Naiman says his waking number is mostly a reflection of how much fat eaten the day before. The carbs are metabolized quickly, the fats slow.
