Lightbulb Cheese Biscuits

Was in my local Safeways last night and I happened upon Carrs Cheese Melt Biscuits. In the past I've had Scan Bran with my pate, cheese etc because all the other crackers were too high carb. These are 2.6 per cracker and they are delicious.

I know they are a bit high for those on Induction but for others they may provide a welcome change?

Brie is fine - quite low in carbs - I tend to eat a lot of it! Try to stick to the 4oz that it says in the book - but if you read the slightly older edition you can have"unlimited" (ie as long as you count it into carb total cause cheese does have some carbs) cheese. At the mo I'm increasing my carbs so I can have a couple more cheesy biscuits

actually they are my fav crackers (both water and cheese) but I can remember looking at them ages ago and thinking I must be reading it wrong - as something so fine cannot be allowed

Hi, if your after a cracker so that you can eat more pate etc, then you could try " Crackerbread - High Fibre ".

They are about TWICE the area of the Carrs crackers and are only 3.1g carb each.

Make sure you get the High fibre ones as the orginal ones are 3.8g each ( but still less than 2 Carrs crackers ).

Actually I am quite impressed I haven't nipped down to the car and raided the shopping already But didn't eat any chocolate (which is usually my downfall)
