Default Have you thought of pooling together and...

contacting Boots the chemist or some other nationwide store about stocking low carb foods? If all of you posting (and lurking) and your friends sent letters to the HQ of Boots listing by brand and item the things you'd like them to stock, I bet you they'd start a lc line! It might kick start the lc revolution in the UK

Maybe the profit on books is higher than the one on ketostix

I've bought ketostix from Boots [without any questions asked!], and from www.pharmacy2u.com, although there are probably cheaper places.

here's the link to a previous thread on contacting supermarkets, the one Rachel (urbangypsy) posted was another thread. This one contains many supermarket web address you may find useful.

Though many supermarkets still don't think there is a call for LC products. I was wondering if perhaps we should email them again but this time state items that LC buy, such as macadamia nuts etc to show them they do have a call for LC products.

Boots are very anti Atkins i still think there is a link somewhere between them and slim fast!! So i think our best bet would be the major supermarkets.

Super Drug and many independent chemists have no problems in selling ketostixs.

Out of curiosity, doesn't Asda have a reasonable selection of lc and sf stuff? Walmart is pretty good about having various lc offerings and their sf candy selection is pretty tasty. Since it's the same company I'd've thought they would be receptive to adding more stuff, too.

Walmart has a wide range of bullets too. Sometimes we should be thankful Asda isn't the same as its US owners!
