i am active again
i have been grounded for awhile and than lost all that drive. but i am back going to be a little slow for awhile and maybe not all that interesting but its a way for me to see my progress as i get healthier.
yesterday was the biggest loser dvd. man was i sweating. it creeps up just how out of shape i really am.

ok not really sure if this counts but
cleaned house i mean mopped, swept, vacuumed, dusted, moved and packed up stuff took out to garage. took me about 2hours total. not sure how many calories i burned but i figured as long as i am moving its better than nothing.
plus went grocery shopping too.

hit the gym today. son and i played raquetball for 30 mins. wow forgot just how great of workout that is and how much fun i had playing before. in june the bowling alley will be having a summer special only 1 dollar a game so i will bowl for exercise also.
