Default Chicken wings

I want to be sure I am counting my calories right. When I eat hot wings I make them my self. My question is; on my plan is 1 wing unit minus the bone just the drumett or does it give the value of both pieces. I usally eat four wings which is cut into eight pieces. Which number do I use 4 or 8?

Thanks!

I think they count each of the two edible portions of a wing as a "drumette," i.e. each wing gives you 2 "drumettes," even though they don't all look like miniature drumsticks.

Personally, I have found that chickens can vary quite a bit in size, so I prefer to weigh my food. You can find an inexpensive basic kitchen scale in most supermarkets these days. If you live near a Walmart, I'm sure they have them.
