As with most of these posts, without seeing actual daily food intake it's hard to provide useful advice.
A male at your height and current weight, reasonable calories:
Maintain Weight: 3191
Lose Weight: 2553
Lose Weight Fast: 1915
Do you use any tools, like the Atkins books and/or Fitday.com to log your food? Your plan is "made up"?
Healthy fat and enough salt is important.
Aim for macros at 65% fat, 25% protein, 10% carbs thereabouts or 70% fat, 20% protein sorta thing
Eggs, bacon ... good .. protein & salt through the bacon.
About 30 almonds per day ... I eat 7 almonds per day. 30 will sky rocket your fat content. Gotta be careful with nuts.
Rotisserie chicken - check.
Sausage links .. some sausage can be high carb offenders - just read the pkg.
Salad with low carb dressing - depends how much...
Cheese sticks .. these along with 30 almonds could be throwing off your whole game.
Tuna, pickles, steak, asparagus .. all beautiful.

You're seeking
reassurance, but I think what you really want (and need) is hard cold data of how and why Atkins or LCHF works. Read up as much as possible on this site ... there's no way you won't succeed if you do LCHF correctly.
