Dragon's Breath Salad
This definitely my new favorite, my brother made this for us this evening knowing that we are LCing and man was it good, like a mix of Ceasar and blue cheese, we had it with grilled shrimp and also grilled the lettuce and lemons, if you like to cook and want to try something different, I guarantee that your friend's heads will blow off!!
This snappy salad is a tribute to the season's rising temperature. The secret is in the dressing, which uses an enticing blend of three cheeses, two oils, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, capers, roasted garlic and more. You may need a mint afterward but it's well worth the experience!
