How do you add Challenges to Sig

Browsing through the site I've seen many people with Challenges added to their signature.. Can someone help a computer guy out here.. Must be brain dead from all these helpdesk calls.... LOL

What kind of challenge do you want to add? If you go to the Countdowns, Buddies and Challenges area-lots of times within a challenge thread, someone will come up with a cute thing to put in the signature. Or you can put in a cheat free thing:
