Nate - have you taken measurements? It's never too late to do that. I did my neck, upper arm, lower arm, bust, gut, hip, butt, upper thigh and calf. When the scale doesn't move, but you're doing it all right, it is heartening to see those measurements shrink. a 1/4 inch here and there add up to a bunch of missing inches, and you might not necessarily notice the difference in your clothes for a while longer. I know the scale moving down is a powerful motivator, and validation that your hard work is paying off; but the measurements are a great way to have the same feeling when the numbers on the scale are stubborn.
