Quicky Milky Drink
Just wanted to pass along one of my protein drinks I use when working out. It's pretty milky tasting (and way better than just mixing whey powder with water).
1.25 cup Sugar-free Almond Milk (1g per cup)
A packet of Splenda
1 scoop protein powder (I use vanilla)
As cold as possible.
It's pretty creamy. Nothing outrageous, but I wanted to share it.
You don't see many things involving almond milk around here...
