If you are truly hungry, have a couple boiled eggs with butter, if that doesn’t appeal, then it is the cravings monster, it waits, it lurks, and once you give in, you chase the taste of sweet till they’re all gone…been there done that…

I took all but 3 of the fun sized candy bars back to work I ate 1 yesterday so not too bad. I’ll be good now and I’m off to an early aquafit class
