Cool Yummy Low Carb Pizza Crust Dough for the Bread Machine

Hi everyone. I thought I would share my recipe for low carb pizza crust. I made mine in a bread machine, so the recipe is laid out accordingly. Enjoy!

Place all ingredients in bread pan in order listed.

1 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
2 cups oat flour
1/2 c. vanilla whey protein powder
1/2 c. gluten flour
1 teaspoon sugar (needed to activate yeast)
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons regular active dry yeast (or bread machine yeast)

Select White Dough Cycle (equals 1 hour, 50 minutes).

After dough is done, heat oven to 400 F. Grease 2 cookie or pizza sheets. Divide dough in half. Spread dough to desired thickness on sheets. Makes 2 medium sized pizza crusts.

Add lowest carb spagetti or pizza sauce you can find that you like, add meat, cheeses, veggie toppings as desired.

Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until crust is light brown.

Mine wound up being approx. 8 grams of carbs per slice with approx. 1/2 c. of pizza sauce per pizza, and loaded with mozzerella, mushrooms, and pepperoni.

It tastes amazing!!

How many slices did it make? How big are the slices?

Thanks!
