Default "plateau"

Hello everyone, I have now been in the induction stage/phase since Jan the 4th. I lost 10 lbs inthe first tow weeks. Now since then "three weeks "later I have lost only 3 more. I have maintained around 20-to tops 30 grams of carbs. Why isn't this working? Does any one have any suggestions?

I'm at the same stage and with identical results. I wonder if this is the norm?

I'm not exercising as much as I would like. Mostly it's unscheduled work like shoveling snow or running across campus to a meeting that I'm late for. It's not weight lifting but at least it's not lifting beer cans or sandwiches.

If you go back to the home page, click on "Atkins Diet"
forum instead of "Newbies", In the search box type (in quotes) "3rd week". It will bring up the answers you need. This is very common in the 3rd week!

What isn't working? You are still losing. We all lose at different rates. Some people lose a lbs a month other may lose more. It didn't come on fast it may not come off fast but it is coming off.

Be patient and give your body time to get used to this new way of eating.
