Default What do you do after 3 day egg&meat ?

Hi all,
I was just wondering what you do after 3 day egg&meat? Do you go right back into induction (20g carbs) and has anybody here experience with this? Does it change your resistance so that after 3 days at 5g carbs you suddenly gain when eating 20g?

When I was losing weight via induction I ended up hitting a 7 week stall. I did M&E (for about a week) which effectively broke the stall and I started losing again.

As for what you do after the 3 day M&E you have the add the carbs back in slowly each day until you get back up to Induction level carbs. If you don't the weight you lost doing M&E will come right back on. I think I added my carbs back in at the rate of about 3 - 4 carbs a day until I was back up to Induction levels and that worked for me. The weight stayed off and I continued with Induction until I reached my goal weight. The amount of carbs added back in per day may vary from person to person. But the above-mentioned amount worked effectively for me.

Hope this helps.

I have done M/E several times and you do have to be careful when you go off or you will gain all the weight back as I did. The best I did was the last time I did this and what I did was 3 days M/E (no processed meats), then on the 4th day I added 1/2 cp. shredded spinach to my lunch and also to dinner, 5th day I added a small cucumber lettuce salad with dressing for lunch and dinner. After that I went back to adding larger salads for lunch and dinner and it worked for me.
