Default 2nd time around

i have found out that the second time around is harder...already...the first time i think it only took me maybe about 3 days to get the sugar out of my body and for the cravings to stop and WOW not the second time it seems to be a big struggle

Angry Bummer, but hang in there!

Weekends are tough for me snackwise, I hope they aren't too bad for you. It took me a whole week to beat the cravings even though I started to lose after the third day.

Now I seem to be having troubles with grazing. Not so much sweet or carb cravings, but just 'the munchies' where I want to put something in my mouth all the time even when I'm not hungry. Today I put my foot down and forced myself to stick to strict meal and snack times. After all, I may have three full meals and three full snacks, so what the heck is there to complain about?

Hang in there a few more days and the hankerings should fade away. We're all rooting for you!
