My goal this month is the same as last: stick to the plan and don't let the carb monster outwit me. I've never lasted two months on any 'diet', so even though this is starting to feel easier, I'm trying to be prepared for some serious cravings somewhere along the way.
Working my IF - nothing to eat past my mid-day meal (2pm)

Insomnia issues to work on, but I no longer fall asleep in front of the TV
