Thumbs up !!Great results

HI, I have been on the induction for a week now and I still have not jumped on the scales because I know things are working. Plus, my asthma is completely stalled. I have not needed to use my puffer in a week. I usually use it at least once a day. My appetite is gone. I feel great.

Hey there,

Good for you and thats great about your Asthma. Wise choice not to weigh, so many people - count me twice for that - get discouraged over false gains on the scale. Lots of luck to you.

It's wonderful that your way of eating is helping your asthma as well as trimming your weight. What a delightful surprise that must have been.

No asthma at our house but there is type II diabetes which has been completely under control since my husband started eating a controlled carbohydrate diet.

Good for you! Hang in there, you are doing great.

Way to go! I wish I had the discipline to not get on the scales. Unfortunately I'm an addict and I hop on it multiple times a day to record changes.

The beauty of this WOL is what you're experiencing already! The improved state or diappearance of ailments, smaller appetite, and the overall improvement of how you're feeling.

Best of luck for your future in the LC WOL!

Nikki
