<whine>Why do all the best sounding recipes have cheese in them??? My DH won't eat cheese, not any kind of cheese, even if there's cheese in the name like head cheese, he won't touch it!</whine>

And no, I can't make it for myself - he can't stand even the smell of cheese cooking. Oh well, I love broccoli anyway so I'll just carry on slathering it with butter!

Hey Glenda,

My Hubby is just like that only with things that are white. He says he won't eat mayonnaise, cream cheese, sour cream , ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing..........on and on...........but, he loves Tuna Salad made with mayo and cheese cake and buffalowings dipped in blue cheese dressing etc. If I tell him it is in there, he won't eat it, but if I don't tell him, he loves it. I am very careful how I describe things. When I cook cauliflower, I stir fry it in ghee with turmeric so it comes out yellow..........The man slays me.......
