OK, i Just had a brilliant idea. It would allow carb-loads to basically be cheat days. So image eating 12 Krispy Kremes in a row like Zues is probably doing as we speak. OR, in my case imagine eating like 2 whole pizzas (this is my powerzone, pizza eating). But actually have this food count towords out carb up....

So here is the idea, eat like a pig whatever fatty food you want (and carb's, caus Krispy's and Pizza both have tons of carbs) but then simultaneously take very high dosages of Chitosan (fat-blocker). This stuff traps fat in the stomach preventing it from being digested, so in actuality you are being a good little boys and girls And I'm sure the Krispy Kremes do a damn fine job of spiking insulin levels.

so what are criticisms comments on my awesome idea??????????????????

-I have an even better idea. I know how to make Krispy Kreme's, Pizza, and every other junk food you can think of 0 calories! That's right ladies and gentleman, you can eat all the junk food you want and it won't matter! Here's the plan:

Step 1: Eat as much of your favorite junk food as you want (14 Krispy Kreme's in my case... ).

Step 2: Seeing how you're full and barely mobile... craw to the nearest restroom.

Step 3: Proceed to stick your index finger down your throat (you can use any finger of your choice, however, the index finger is most convenient). Note: don't stick it down too far or you might pierce your esophagus.

Step 4: Regurgitate junk food into toilet (*Notice: it make take a few tries, but, you can do it!*).

Step 5: Rinse and repeat.

Not to be gross or anything, but your idea is likely to produce diarrhea and gas like you've not seen before. Chitosan traps fat indeed, the bacteria in your intestinal tract will gladly convert it into projectile material. Add in the carbs into the mix and you've got the necessary pressure. Feel free to try it, but be sure to stay near a bathroom!

As far as carbup material, saturated fat, suagrs, and starches are a very bad combination. Sat fat will kill the insulin sensitivity and the pancreas will keep on pumping out more. The resulting hyperinsulinemia plus the salt in everything you'd eat will cause quite a water retention, which, when it comes down will reveal that most everything you've eaten had gone into the fat cells.

Zues you misinterpreted my intentions. My point was not to just eat food and not process. No, not at all. My point was that there are many foods such as Krispy Kreme and others that are excellent carbohydrate sources, but should be avoided during the carb-up due to fat content. So my intention was to counteract ONLY the fat, although I do appreciate the humor about eating didsorders and all.
So I believe West-420's resonse was the counterargument I was looking for, namely being the high carboohydrate intake + bacteria acting on trapped fat would act as a modified ass-cannon so to speak
OK, sorry for the visual, but I am still thinking about trying this approach, maybe not on high fat foods, but even on low fat foods where you don't want the fat to be processed, so maybe HIGH doscatges would be a bad idea but I think LOW dosages of CHITOSAN would not be a big problem especially if only to help turn a low fat meal into a NO-fat meal.

K, peace out yall

(oh..., and Zues..., my Demon-Hunter is way better than your picture)

I'm not sure whether the absolutely-zero fat meal is really worth all the effort. To be more specific, I don't know where the point of fat content is below which the meal becomes not filling. It's still a fact that fat lowers the glycemic index and prevents wild blood sugar swings. It's also still a fact that production of triglycerides in the liver and absorption of glucose by lipocytes will happen no matter how depleted you are or what kind of carbs you're eating. By doing the depletion and carbup properly you're only shifting the balance towards glycogenating the muscles, but it's not 100%.
