Kerrygold and Finlandia taste great in my mouth. Plus they are made with type A2 cow's milk, which is better for you.

This morning I had 18 raw almonds, a cup of green tea, and a cup of black tea with heavy whipping cream and stevia.

I had eggs and vegetables all planned out, but I got a craving for pork roast and walnuts, so that's what I had with my coffee. I'll probably wind up having breakfast for dinner.

Bob, that's why I don't post more here - I eat the same thing pretty much when I do eat breakfast, otherwise I just do half caff and HC. When I change it up, I post... like today.
Still doing Kristine's Breakfast "sandwiches" which is 2 fried eggs as "bread", but instead of a sausage pattie and a slice of cheddar, this time I did a piece of ham steak with cheddar. I eat that before work and it holds me a long time.

Cabbage and ground beef soup...I made a whole bunch a few days ago and needed a break from bacon and eggs. Had it for breakfast yesterday also:-)

Low carb birthday "cake" - which was a cream cheese based flourless SF "cake" - I layered it like a torte, thin layers stacked high, then used cocoa whipped cream with a little SF instant pudding added to thick it up for filling/frosting. Half caff iced latte w/splenda.
