Plan: Dr. Eric Westman's/Atkins
Stats: 150/148/132 Female 5'-4"

Progress: 11%
Location: NC Southern Outer Banks
Default "SB Breakfast Bowl"

I had to share this. I struggled at first to add veges. in the morning. For those of you that are fans of yellow summer squash, you might like this.

1 small cut up squash
1 egg
onions
1 oz. lean turkey sausage (or not)
EVOO
little bit of shredded cheese
Jane's Crazy Mixed Up Salt
pepper

cook squash and onions in oil, throw in meat (already cooked kind), scramble egg into mixture, add cheese and spices.

It is still good without the meat (if you like yellow squash!) Sorta reminds me of potatoes. I also put shredded chicken in it and added some red pepper flakes.
