I'm confused.....why do you think that this is a cheat? Sugar free fat free pudding is allowed...1/2 cup...did you eat alot of it or just 1/2 cup?

Please do not beat yourself up....we all do things that help us learn how to do better...this is a learning process and you have come along way in just 1 week!!

I can tell you that my food today does not resemble, in any way, the way I ate when I first started...it has evolved over the past 2 yrs to what it is today. I know what to eat now...how much and when too....I've learned alot and it did not happen overnight. I'm doing this now for the past 2 yrs and 4 months. It does become second nature in time.

I know it's not a terrible zap to my weight loss or my progress. It's just that it's crave-inducer. I crave more when I eat chocolatey anything. It was chocolate pudding. The funny thing is, my DF loves pudding of any sort. He is not a carb binger really. He is a healthy weight, likes beer and pudding and he loves Sunchips. Those are his downfalls on the carb rollar coaster. He also likes sandwhiches. So I replaced his pudding with the light kind and have replaced his bread with sour dough or multi-grain...he hasn't said a thing or really noticed. Muwhahaha.
