Default I'm back

Well, I keep trying to low carb. But, now I feel as if it is my only hope. The scale keeps going up. Very frustrating.

I'm going to my doctor tomorrow with the new book in hand. I've been very tired lately - though last week was better.

I want to make sure everything is ok. I am going to ask her about burned out adrenals.

Stress is definitely a problem. I have a very disabled child. So, there is a lot of stress around that which I have little control over. It is very hard to exercise, especially when I am always achy due to all the lifting and other things I have to do for her.

Our town has a Tai Chi class on Wednesdays which I think is now open to more people. I will try to go on Wed.

Wish me luck. I'm doing her program right, just no supplements yet.
