Eat something fatty.
Your body needs time to adjust. I can't go from eating SAD to 2 meals a day vroooom. Body needs time to adapt. So eat an allowable food like:
scrambled egg with 1 T butter
1 oz macademia nuts
2 oz beef with oo/butter
I also like something crunchy, to go with the aboves ometimes:
few slices cucumber,maybe with ranch dressing
1/2 stalk celery, maybe with allowable dressing
WHen I start LCing AGAIN.....my window of eating starts when I get up to midnight, then moves noon-midnight, then decreases to noon- 6 or 8 pm...... I let my body tell me.
When I push hunger too far , the next meal turns into a binge on OP items, which is too much food for weight loss and too many carbs.
