First off, I'd like to say that you are a very pretty woman. You are doing great, it's nice that you kept track of those inches, becuase I neglected that part of the initial process. I've gone through some weight-loss dry-spells, so it would have been nice if I had kept track too. Your already showing some definate signs in your face.

I swear all the women on here are from another country, which isn't weird (considering the US isn't the world). I'm sure there are tons of Canadians guys that will come knocking though.

Thumbs up another celiac

Hi, browsing around and noticed your post about your having celiac and your wonderful progress. I also have celiac and started out at a similar weight and size. I am 30 yrs. old. I started doing atkins a week ago...I have lost 10 lbs. I know it will slow down from here but I am so excited to see you are wearing a size 16. I also started out at 236 lbs and size 20/22. Good for you. Next sat our celiac group is having a garage and bake sale with tons of gluten free goodies, that will be a test! I did Atkins a couple of years ago and did really well, lost 40 lbs. in a short period of time. Then I found out I had celiac disease and went totally off the atkins, felt really sorry for myself and ate all the gluten free candy/ dairy queen, etc. that I pretty much wanted. I am comfortable enough with the gluten free diet now that I think I can follow atkins way of eating forever. Good luck on your continued loss!

good luck on your journey if you ever wanna talk, pm me...

WOW. You have the same starting and end-goal weight that I have, so I paid attention to your post. Your face is so defined now! Keep going! Give yourself permission to "cheat" like you did, just as long as you are in control of it (and not the other way around). You're doing great!!
