Good luck with them!! They weren't too bad at all. I know one of the major probs with turnips substituting for potatoes is that they just dont get crispy. But with latkes they dont NEED to be crispy like fries do! But it still satisfies that fried potato thing, ya know?
How did the protein powder work for you? I just choose the wheat flour cause the bake mix is pretty yucky, LoL. Plus to help them get alil crispy I added the corn starch. Maybe next time I will just add 1 tbsp of corn starch and 1 tbsp of wheat flour instead of the 3-4 that I added.
The grated zucchini doesn't sound too bad, how did they crisp up? Another person on here made them with spinach & cheddar.
